How do I get a light to move through logo

there are many ways to create this light effects…
1) you can convert that logo layer to 3d layer and add light available in after fx

2) you and even us lens flare effect from effect menu.

3)you can even take a white solid layer and mask it add feather to get a light look…

and and many more as u like to add effects….

It’s a simple effect to use – much like Bevel Edges. I doubt if you’ll need a tutorial for that.
