    Hi Rafal,

Do you get the same results if you render using the MainConcept AVC/AAC, or MAGIC AVC/AAC? I really cannot tell much difference, and would not know which was the original from the rendered from that small sample.

Also, try the ‘7’ and ‘9’ (numpad) keys, this may be more what you want. It will move you forward and back event to event on the selected track.

Go “Help”, then “Keyboard Shortcuts” (or ‘K’) for the list.

Ctrl+A for select all, Ctrl+] for the next selected, or Ctrl+[ for the previous selected

    Hi Bob,

I can confirm I got the same results. Installed build 216 and the 3D Objects still will not activate with the serial supplied from Magix.

September 22, 2017 at 8:38 pm in reply to: Sony Video Capture – tape restoration

After posting the previous I remember having a bad time with a tape years ago coming out of an Canon XL1S. It was so nasty that I finally hooked the XL up with analog RCA cables and run it in through a cheap capture card……just a thought.

Maybe the firewire capture thinks the bad part in the tape is the end of recording and drops it, so the ‘Reconnect to Current Device’ may get you through your struggles.

    Hi Ross,

Have you tried ‘Options’ > ‘Reconnect to Current Device’ within Sony Video Capture 6.0?

    Hi Dave,

Could you provide some additional details, such as:

    – Source media specs
    – Project property settings
    – Have you turned off GPU support

It’s probably just a typo, but it’s not Sony Vegas 15, it would be Magix Vegas Pro 15. Have you had Sony Vegas Pro 13 or earlier version, or Magix Vegas Pro 14 previously and if so do these same source media files run smoother in any of those versions? If not can you provide your machine specs.

    Hi Maciej,

This is how I do it…….

I set project properties to 30 fps (29.970 NTSC). I DO NOT match.
I Disable Resampling. (I use a script file named ‘Disable Resample – ALL’)

    That’s it.
