I have spent time trying to use it in Vegas. I tried ‘Mask generator’, ‘Multiply Mask’, and I was close, but wasn’t able to get it done.
I watched this video tutorial explaining how to use Digital Juice swipes in Vegas, to see if I can get some ideas, but no luck. (https://www.digitaljuice.com/djtv/detail.aspx?sid=192)
I have been trying to contact the animator all day long. I will ask him what software should I use with his transitions and I will ask him to send me a sample file if possible.

If you want to save time, you could use in Sony Vegas ‘Matte Magic Breakthroughs’ from Digital Juice.

You don’t have to save Photoshop layers separately. You can add them to Vegas as a single file. This makes easier future modifications to the Photoshop file.
Just drag and drop the Photoshop file into Vegas time-line using your mouse right button, and select “add across tracks”. This way you will have each Photoshop layer in a track. Just right click the layers, remove from group, and you are ready to play with them.

You only need a transmitter. No receiver needed. Any standard TV will get the antenna signal.
The only problem is that the same content will run in all TVs.

Well, if a consumer DVD player worked OK for 3 years, 15 hours a day. That is a good record. Even PCs after that time start to fail.
In your case, I would look at these:

It,s OK, I am in the Digital Signage business and I use Vegas for post-production.
I thought you needed a quick solution for a 1-2 day trade show.
If you need a permanent solution, I don’t think you should use a wireless AV solution. I don’t know about any commercial grade wireless HD AV distribution system. If you find one, please let me know.
For a permanent solution, I would use a wired Ethernet network. PCs configured as digital signage players, with remote scheduling capabilities. This way you have reliable distribution of customized content for each monitor.
Each Player would be attached to 1 or 2 displays, or more if you go for a video-wall.
