I’m sure you’re right Eli, I just feel like I’m being told (by apple) that all the editing techniques and workflows that I have learned over the years are yesterdays news.

It feels very arrogant on apples part.

And given that I have to swap between avid and fcp, I can see it being a very uncomfortable few hours in the edit suite if I have haven’t used one for a few months. Not really fair on my clients.

Just been looking for a solution to this effect myself, 16mm stock footage from Artbeats is good but expensive.

However I found these guys…

Their film FX Transitions are dirt cheap in comparison and work just as well as (if not better) than stock footage.

Just covered my pre-title in them today and it looks magic.

Hi Steve, I too have bought that plugin and hooked it up to soundflower, however I can’t figure out how to listen to the output of my black magic board at the same time, any tips?
