    Still grey… *buhuuu* And I also tried to encode it out of AE… but white is still grey!

    I never had this problem before.. maybe I never recognized it!

    I have to confess: I still didn’t found what I was looking for.. so I post it again .. maybe anyone knows a solution!

    Hi Aharon!

    I just wanted to write, that your tutorial helped but wasn’t exactly what I meant, while I interupted myself and from one moment to the other had the solution!!!!!
    I just wanted to explain what my problem is and by couching I realized, that it is SIMPLE!! HA!! thanks a lot again!!!

    I now understood and it worked!! But unfortunately not in the 3D-mode…. My text is in 3D.

    In fact it is pretty hard to explain what I am searching for – it is often used for films to improve the logo of i.e. the production agency… dreamworks or Pegasus for instance.

    Awesome!!!!! This is not exactly what I was looking for but also a really good idea!! Maybe I can use it instead of what I first wanted to do. And using this videotutorial I UNDERSTOOD it!!! 🙂 Thanks a lot Mark!! Very nice tutorial!!! This forum is FABULOUS!!!!!

    argh! *sorry* I am just little bit frustrated because of my own foolishness… I don’t get it..

    I did the following:
    I created a text layer – wrote something – then created a solid layer (white) and used the effect generate>gradient and then tried to “add” it by giving it the transfer mode “add” — but then EVERYTHING is filled with gradient and not only my text… I am sure I act like one was born yesterday, but…argh! 🙂

    aha..hmm.. I don’t have this effect.. I have to check if I installed all! But I wish it would be that simple!! 😉
