I understand, they’ve written that version is 1.1.0.03142 but the link is to 1.1.1.09040
I sent them an email to warn about the problem and their answer have been:

    >>Sonnet has had similar reports from other users and is investigating the problem.
    >>
    >>Sonnet has never had version 1.1.1.09040 on our website, the latest version
    >>we have had is 1.1.0.03142 which is on the site right now.

That won’t help to fix the problem, but is still strange…

I didn’t tell to reinstall the driver, but to reinstall os x to the 10.8.1

While the problem appeared I was using this driver version:
    “SxS_Device_Driver_mac_v1.1.1.09040”
I downloaded it following the link from Arri’s to Sony’s website.

At the page you mentioned (the same linked by Arry’s website) now drivers are:
    “SxS_Device_Driver_mac_v1.1.0.03142”
    Evidently an older one.

Now I was trying to find on line the version I have (1.1.1.09040) but it seem to be disappeared. Very strange.

Now I don’t have any SxS media to try combination between different drivers and osx versions.

Does anyone know what’s happening? Does someone else tried the different drivers?

The problem isn’t related to the camera firmware. I can normally manage the media once downloaded from the SxS to an hard drive.
You just can’t move files from SxS media.
(the most curious thing is that I can even play quicktime files on the card)

I think this problem due to an incompatibility of Sony SxS driver with some system file in os x 10.8.2 upgrade.

    Just too late…
I’m working on a movie in Alexa and this morning I found this beautiful surprise!
Fortunately I managed to have my work done and don’t get fired, but I could have been.
Thank you, Apple! I paid three times a PC for my new MacBookProRetina, which is no more 17″, no more opaque, no more DVD able, no more so stable, in short “no more professional” just because osx would have been safer for my job than windows, and now I have to admit that Microsoft is not so bad as everyone say. (Nothing stop to work after running windows update)

Sorry for the public complaint, but please understand my frustration today ;p

Anyone knows how to have my Mac copying from SxS card? I hope I don’t have do reinstall my os…I don’t even know where to download the image of MountainLion 10.8.1, which I had on default on my machine, but for which Apple don’t provide an installation disc (or image, or what else)

    Please,help me if you can!
