Thank you sooo much, it was the “try to open it in a different version of AE” that did it! So simple yet so helpful, it’s like the “did you try to restart it” advice that I didn’t think of 😂👵 thanks for putting so much effort in this problem. Have a great weekend!

I uploaded the video. So when you play it, it’s fine but soon as you import it in Premiere or AE only the sound is delayed..

Wow, thanks so much for all the effort! Unfortunately, the preview was already at the same frame rate as the video (25 fps)😞 When I change it, the video itself speeds up as well. The video is fine, it’s just the audio that causes the issue :/

Thanks! Yes already did this but I thought maybe lock it extra extra extra so they can’t change it “easily”, but then again if they want to change it they will find a way anyway ☺ I will just leave it like this…
