ok nevermind i seem to have goten it working. i uninstalled quicktime, and reinsalled again the graphics driver, and then quicktime again. its working again. that was strange

well thats great! what you can tru doing also is if th ecamera is goin downwards have the motion blur at the angle the camera in panning at. that gives the nice little blurry lines.

well to the zoom blur thing, i doubt i can help muchh, the i really liked the flash effects and the highlighted egdes effect they had int there. it bet you can keyframe diffewrent blurs on each shot. like if you are roomin in have a radial blur, keyframed to start when you zoom, and end when finished zooming. and if you do not have fast zoom on your camera, you can zoom normally, do some time remapping like andrew kramer teaches in one of his tuts. you can also shake the camera a little as you zoom to create the odd wiggling? good luck with your project, but i mostly thank you for showing me this commercail, it is well made, and i liek the effects used in it. i may have to recreate some myself 😉

thats a good idea. i think im going to have to find a 3d program, learn that real quick, make myself the bubble in 3d, and import it to AE, cc sphere shur isnt cutting it. but i would have to render it out in black and white so i could use it as a displacemtn map? or would i leave it in color so it would have the yellowish glow? i need to play with it. anyone know a good program to use, i mean one that will get this done but i dont have to take a 6 month course on how to use it? or maby a different approach?

sooo did anyone get this working, ive been playing with particular foir a while and cant get anything good…im just trying to revive this thread.

hahaha very funny, but yea as a 15 year old it easy to forget that you’re talking to proper speaking people…either way, there is an urban dictionary, and if u(you) google it u can use it online! M-azing..lol
haha well about the DBZ, i was playing and i came up with sumthing with particular, u get the gas preset and change the size of the particel and chage the partucel to smokelets… i can email u the preset if u want

yea man u droped out of heaven like in a way. i was about to post something about that! one thing is cant u use the beam preset to make it blue or turquoize-ish, then make it alot biger and with a ball at the end? i mean ive seen lots of photoshop tuts on how to make light sabers and i realized that i can kinda look DBZ ish if u add a ball to both ends. but turing a PS tut into a AE is rather complicated, for a picture is just one frame, and rotoscoping is def my worst nightmare! lol have fun wit dat and send me the perset if u dont mind, my email is futboltiger@yahoo.com
