yes there’s a way. do you need to also choose a custom distance between lines or just line the example?

– do you need it to be always 6 lines?

upgrading is not always worth it, can’t you just use AE 24 or 23 etc?

report the issue to adobe, i’m sure it’s a bug, also try to rollback to the very first versions of AE 2025 and lemme know!

just explicitly replace or reinsert line breaks using \n or \r before creating the new marker, lemme know if that works on your specific version.

this method allows you to use thousands of tiles without indipendent layers and the opacity goes fully from 0 and 100 and there is a perfect match between the mosaic and the shapes, hope that helps!
