Matrox Tripplehead-to-go. Only solution I know of.

I have submitted a bug report. Update 6.0.4 has borked H.264 video imports. After import, after the file has been conformed audio and video have drifting OOS (Out Of Sync) issues. Manual syncing is impossible because after a few seconds it just drifts out of sync again.
I’ve done all the usual problem solving things. Cleaned media cache, deleted media cache folder and re-imported… I even deleted the cache of an old project where I know everything WAS working. After they re-conformed they are now all out of sync too. Thank God the finals were al exported.

THIS IS A MAJOR BUG. I have been able to repeat it. And to be perfectly honest I’m kinda pissed that adobe would release such a huge bug in their software.

Wouldn’t it be easier to use the Component input of the ATEM 1/ME?
You should just need a DVD player cable of upscaling to the same format you run your system.
