I hope so because I find this update very good.
I tried to activate and deactivate the automatic saving, to clear the cache but nothing.
Probably it’s like you say and I just have to wait a while ☺

Hello David

I have the same problem. I have connected an AJA HI5 to the TV via HDMI and I want to use it like a monitor when I edit.
The AJA HI5 is connected via SDI to my BLACKMAGIC DECK LINK in my MAC.

I tried to set to 0 the frame offset in FCP but the video and audio have however this couple of delay. Can I do something else or the delay is impossible to eliminate

I have a similar problem. I want to connect a lcd samsung tv to my blackmagic deck link7.9. I’m using a mac pro and the video card is still connected to a beta and to a broadcast monitor (sony trinitron) via composite mode. I have seen that I have free the output sdi connection. Now if I want to connect the tv via sdi-hdmi I must by this expensive blackmagic converter or exsist an other product with less money. Thanks

There is however a way to be able to connect in composite mode the monitor and the deck beta at the same time?
My intention was to avoid having the beta deck ON while I edit

I solved the problem. The settings was set to automatic and now I have adjusted watching on the scope.

I did what you told me before asking in the forum but I think it must be an other problem.

I started to believe that final cut7 does not allow this type of option.

I saw you are talking about subclips here.

I have a question:

is possible to save the sublcip on xdcam disc like the metadate, so later I can see the in/out in an otther computer?
