That’s my thinking. They’re running MC 2018.12.8 with Nvidia driver 411.95, which I believe Avid had them update to for another issue. Looking at the compatibility documentation it does say “If you have a Quadro 4000 graphics card remain on the Nvidia v353.82 driver”. They have a Quadro P4000 so that might be the answer.

  • Which setting would I use to enhance the vocal range raising 95hz 2.5 dB Q 2 width etc?

But if you’d like to give it the old college try, here’s a link to an AIFF output.

I’m still waiting on confirmation of equipment used. I have tried moving around the folder hierarchy, but get the same error. I’m using a drive they gave me and not the camera card, would that have any affect on this?

    Thanks

I thought I had the latest. Just downloaded them. I pointed to that folder you mentioned and got that Avid message.

Neat, I’ll have to check that out. Thanks.

Shooting the effect practically, is not really an option.

I’m rendering in Terminal because several tutorials I’ve seen recommend it over the GUI.

    – Render while still working on your After Effects project file.
    – Render from multiple machines.
    – Render Multiple projects simultaneously
    – Render using allotments of 2 gigs of RAM from your machine

But perhaps I should look into the Cache work area in the background thing.

    Thanks

Are you running a Mac or PC, cuz the terminal is a utility in the Mac OS. Supposed to be faster for rendering AE projects?
