Sorry, the 120fps mode is “video recording.”
Worth remembering too that the 60fps RAW recording needs two CFast cards loaded in, it alternates recorded frames to the cards because of the huge amount of data, and you can recompile the footage in post.
High speed 1080p as RAW would be a great firmware update if it’s possible. I,m an early BMCC owner and ever since they added the compressed RAW ability to my BMCC, that’s about all I shoot.

You didn’t say, but I assume your Cinema Camera has a MTF, Mirco Four Thirds, mount on it. Yes, the lens you have now, a 12-35mm zoom is considers in the stardard range of lenses; with the shot you want from those distances you need to be looking for telephoto lenses.
For your requested spec of a motorized zoom lens, this is your best choice.

But that lens may not have the reach you need. Motorized lenses are common outside of broadcast high end camera lenses.
On the low end, this has farther reach:

Being able to open you iris to f2.8, is a nice plus depending on your santurary’s lighting to get a good picture on camera, but from experience, it is often too hard to keep people in focus shooting at f2.8 at that distance.Feel free to ask any more questions, I’m been shooting and editing professionaly for 20 years and much of that volunteering at my church.

Shooting in the film mode will deliver unsuitable footage and color correction is needed. Wether you want to create your own look or use a LUT is up to you.
Shooting RAW does give you to full dynamic range of the camera, the larger 2.5k image that give your room for reframing and I’ve never shot anything in prores that looks as good wait would if I shot it RAW.I do use it mostly for prores shooting as it is just fine for most of my work and I need the time savings or an edit ready format, but I love when the need arises for RAW and I can shoot that way.

29.97 and 23.976 are broadcast standards, called “drop-frame timecode.” If you want to shoot true 30p video with a Blackmagic camera, I think you’re fine to do so as long as your output is just for the web and you won’t mix in footage from other camera/recording systems.
Editing systems now can handle mixed formats quite well, but still there can be problems and mixing drop-frame and non-drop footage could give you a serious sync issue of sound and picture.
BM camera are one of the few camera systems to offer a true 30p option, most are 29.97p as it is close enough and it is the broadcast standard.

If your external battery solution doesn’t have mounts for the camera, typically people use a rail system to mount batteries like v-mount and AB brick batteries.
Switronix makes a nice range of power solutions for the BMPCC.
