Your best bet is to send your T powered 416 to Pete Verrando for a conversion to 48v phantom. He’s the go to guy for 416 t power conversions, costs about $150. Do search for him on Google.

“Work” is a misnomer. All wireless will “work” in any country. Being legal as to frequency & RF or power output is the real question. For use in the U.S. the frequency band from 470-598mHz are the future protected frequencies. Power output will range from 10-100mw (milliwatt) with no restrictions.

You can feed the JBL’s from your head phone output. You’ll need a 3.5mm TRS to L & R 6mm or 1/4″ tip sleeve connectors with wire of appropriate length. For more control over level I would suggest a Pyramid SEA-2500x preamplifier. It has RCA in & outs. Check it out on line to see all the features it offers, about $100.

+1 for the JBL LSR 305’s. I’ve got 3 pair that I use for various monitoring applications. Amazing sound from such a small box & small price, I think I paid about $225 for each pair. The bad news is they are discontinued by JBL.

All the wireless systems will be from 470MHz to 608MHz with a small opening at 940Mhz with power restrictions to 50mw output The newest ones will be wide band meaning no specific blocks. Much like your FM radio in your car, you can tune to any frequency from 88-108. While the 470-608 will be the legal frequencies that does not in any guarantee clear transmissions in any given location.
