You’ll need 48v phantom power to activate the mic. You don’t have it on your computer and even if you did you can’t send 48v phantom through an unbalanced cable which is what you have with the xlr to 1/8″ adaptor cable.
Get a mixer or a pre-amp that supplys 48vp and send the output of the mixer or pre-amp to the input of your computer, mic level of course.

Your question is a bit confusing because of the terminology you use to describe the four inputs on the camera. That said, yes you can assign/connect any of the direct outs from the mixer to any input on the camera you want. All you have to do is to remember whats where so you can mix it down in post.

TRS means Tip-Ring-Sleeve. In a normal unbalanced configureation as for headphones the tip is the left channel, the ring is the right channel and the sleeve is the ground.
To have a true balanced connection you must have 3 connections for each in/output as in an XLR connector. Pin 1 is the ground, pin 2 the positive, pin 3 the negative.
You can unbalance an XLR to an unbalanced connector by jumping pin 1 to pin 3 in the xlr but you will lose about 6db in level. Any connector with only 2 connections (tip-sleeve) is an unbalanced connection.

There could be a balanced 1/8″ (3.5mm) connection but every one I’ve ever seen has been unbalanced.

You could use the PC headphone jack to feed your down stream equipment. I’ve done it for years.

The red is positive. The blue & the copper shield get tied together at the sleeve for ground.

For an unbalanced non xlr output to a balanced xlr input you need to jump pins 1 & 3 in the xlr male connector. That’s assuming that you’re using pin 2 in the xlr as the positive.

For house of worship use and for more gain before feedback I recomend the Countryman E6 omni ear set. It will give 6-8db more gain before feedback and it’s close proximity to the mouth virtually eliminates the big resonent room sound. It’s a bit pricy but well worth the investment.

No problem. Be sure to use a locking 3.5mm trs plug. The positive goes to the tip and the shield/ground connects to the sleeve. If you have any questions or you don’t feel confident to do the conversion yourself I can do it for you. I also offer guarenteed not to fail G series output cables and G series antenna replacements.
