    Hi
Q1] You don’t say what type of media you’re importing? What type?
Well for the freezing it was just hd clips from my camera. I had no problem importing it was when i was trying to open some of the clips on my timeline that it would be freeze
The error is different. Im editing a friends actors reel and those were clips i downloaded of of youtube. Maybe they were protected in some way?

Q2] Have you imported this type of file before?
This is the first time with youtube but the other clips yes many many times

Q3] You’re having this issue appear over the last weeks? What have you changed on your system? How much space have you on your system? You maybe running short of space?
I have plenty of space. Actually i do have something new. My old external Harddrve died and i got a new one about 2 months ago. Thats where i keep all my clips. Maybe thats whats doping it?

Thank you so much. One problem though. I dont have a camera. I used someone elses to shoot the film and I dont have access to it at the moment. Anyway to just connect the computer to the vcr? I assume thats what the convertor would be for?

Well now see that should have bee my first question I guess. Thats the option i picked but not sure thats the right one. I dont have a dvd writer. I have a plexor cd writer so frankly i dont know which option to pick when burning. I assume vcd? Nothing I have tried has worked so far. Maybe that should have been my first question. How do you burn a 15 minute film to a cd writer?
