Thats fine but charging a client for CSS is charging too much

If you’re being charged a cent for CSS, your being ripped off. Replication is super cut throat. Point is moot really since CSS is a complete waste of energy. I never include it unless the client absolutely insists on it anyway.
But lets not make this into rocket science…replication is cheap now. For 1000 units you shouldnt being paying more than $1200…with or without CSS if you do the research

Macrovision as nothing to do with CSS. Most replicators offer it free

No CSS are just flags added to an image delivered to a replicator. Only replicated discs can have CSS

Better to deliver on a pen drive. There could be issues. Do a search if you want to read up on issues from past posters

Just to add: Layered menus and what Rod is explaining are really the same thing as far as the spec is concerned
