I want to encode an Avid DNxHD185x video file with Sonic Cinevision 3.6 for a Blu-Ray.
What are the best encoding settings?
Which format should I use? VC-1, mpeg-2 or AVC?
Do you know any other software with better results?

It all depends on your source material. Cinevision cost several thousand dollars and you’re on the Cow asking this question?
