Yeah me too on the screen capture. I use Screencastomatic Pro GREAT software – Then you can go through the slide show and hold every still as long as you need.
I do a lot of split screen with speaker

I agree that Adobe upped their help quality by 200%. I had a wonderful tech take over my new computer and solved everything in minutes. I still would have been trying to cope with glitches without her expertiese.

Hi Peter.
I sent you a project file that is causing crashes in ripple trim mode using the COW uploading system. This project came from a freelancer who is also on 2017 v 11.
Editing was done as 3 multi camera project.
If you don’t see the file, perhaps I can e-mail it to you.

Many thanks for the link Peter. Using the info on the list I easily found my way to the keyboard Project and Source monitor sections, and I easily re-entered the Shift+1 and Shift+2 commands.
