OMG! I feel like crawling under a rock and staying there. It is going to be a very long day indeed.

Thank you Dave for asking the obvious.

  • Have you checked out RAM to make sure it’s all good? I run at 32 gigs which might help.

Thank you for the support advice David.

I agree that Adobe upped their help quality by 200%. I had a wonderful tech take over my new computer and solved everything in minutes. I still would have been trying to cope with glitches without her expertiese.

    Many thanks.

    Hi Peter.

I sent you a project file that is causing crashes in ripple trim mode using the COW uploading system. This project came from a freelancer who is also on 2017 v 11.

Editing was done as 3 multi camera project.

If you don’t see the file, perhaps I can e-mail it to you.

Here is a crash report from this morning when I tried to ripple trim the first clip:

    Hello Peter.

Many thanks for the link Peter. Using the info on the list I easily found my way to the keyboard Project and Source monitor sections, and I easily re-entered the Shift+1 and Shift+2 commands.

    My best to you

    Many thanks.
