PERFECTO! Thank you Jerry. All is well and I shall outlive the project.

    My best.

I had the same problem last week trying to export a 52 gig single QT video file that I recorded, that fed through a switcher to Ninja Blade.

The original was 1080, and the only way I could export without crashing was to change output setting to 720. Crazy, yes?

You may also try cleaning your preferences. My system froze up until an Adobe pro took control of my compute and did the deed 2 weeks ago.

    Hi Dave.

I’ve been lucky over the eons in post and this is my first auto iris hit. Chris sent me a few site that have potential auto-fixes.

    Wish me luck.

Thanks Chris. I’ll give the plug-ins a try. I’m great at mixing 16 tracks of audio and color correcting, but I’m not an After Effects Head

In my humble opinion the project and/or your preferences may be corrupted. I had the same problem with Avid.

Last week I could’t hear audio on an imported project. When I cleaned my preferences, everything came back to life.
    Clear unused media cache

    Here’s how:

At the top of the Premiere interface:

Premiere Pro (mac) Edit (windows) Preferences/Media Cache then click on clean unused. If that doesn’t work.

To reset your preferences by: holding down Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) while the application is starting.

ALSO: I’d clear out and rendered effects.

    Hope this helps

    Hello Ann.

Is version 11.1.2 available? I was in Cloud yesterday and didn’t see any updates for Pro?

    Thanks much.

Hi Steve and thanks for the info.

My problem is that the circle is a jagged blue thing that I have no control over, and I can’t see control for things like fill, line width etc. In Legacy I went from Avid to Pro with the greatest of ease. I think Essentials could have been user designed in a much better way

I just hope they don’t jettison what works – like maybe Legacy Title Tool.

I agree that this is a very unfriendly addition that I didn’t ask for. One day soon they will kill off Legacy.

I wish Adobe would have meet ups with editors.

    Sage advice Dave.

I found a great tutorial a short while ago that was PERFECT! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WgPC5qum4Zc

Thanks for getting back so quickly.
