I assume you mean for preview and those settings can be set under the Video monitoring options including resolution. I would assume any video card would still allow those options. I have only ever used a Blackmagic card with those.

If that is an LSI raid controller then you can get their standardized Web management here:

Go under the controller options once you have the raid management installed and look for scan for foreign configuration. Follow the wizard prompts to get the raid volume back online.

The Dual Xeon will only outperform the X79 platform with media greater than 2K ie Red and in AE. The difference in performance though will not normally justify the price considering what configuration you can get for the budget listed between the 2 configurations. You would get a Single I7 6 Core with 64GB of ram and a 780GTX card with a good drive configuration with that budget. A dual Xeon though would be very stripped down. I would suggest you look at a single CPU configuration regardless of who you get it from.

Are you able to pull network info from any of the units? How are you setting the IP address for each unit?

They moved the project settings in CC. Now you go under File and then Project settings. Then go under the general tab and look for video rendering and playback. change that from hardware MPE to software MPE mode. Delete the previews when it prompts you. See if the HDMI behavior changes.
