ok, the way i did it was actually very simple, track your marker then create a new white solid and add a circular mask the size of the marker then aplly the traking keyframes to the position of these solid so the white spot is always on top of your marker, then change the original layer track matte to luma inverted matte, now there shoud be a hole in your video, thats ok, duplicate your original video and put it at the bottom of all the layers, now just move its position just a few pixels to any side. tht should do it .
you might want to feather your mask just a little bit.

i dont know about any other programs to export the tracking data, but ther is also a plug in called steadymove from 2d3, it would reduce or remove the camera shake also. (its not chep though)
