The best options will be 2K size or bigger, 32 Bits Format, Bake Normals and Bake Displacement; If you did
not unwrap your UV’s before Sculpting (it’s Better to start with a Base Mesh with Unwrapped UV), use Optimal Mapping Cubic.

After The Bake you will get a second object that you can Rigg.

Inside the sculpt Menu or if you are in the sculpt Layout, you will find the “Bake sculpt Objects” command.

You could either Bake your object after sculpting.

Or use the checkbox that the sculpt tag has (freeze and allow deformation).

triangles usually produce anomalies when you smooth your models using subdivision Surface, that is because of the uneven amount of vertices, that also happens with N-gons.

As you can see in the first image, that is caused by some shading issues and geometry of your skull in combination with the Subdivision Surface.

    To solve this:

1.- Delete the Normal Tag that the Head and Jaw has (the one that looks like chessboard).
2.- Select the Head and the Jaw, then go to polygon Mode and select all the Polygons (Ctrl + A).
3.- Right Click and move the mouse to Untriangle and click over THE GEAR NEXT TO THIS COMMAND.
4.- inside the Untriangle Command Menu increase the Angle to 50.
5.- activate the Phong tag and increase to 60.

    Good Luck
