My sequence settings in Final Cut are:
NTSC 720×480 NTSC DV 3:2
Compressor is DV / DVCPRO – NTSC

In After Effects it’s:
NTSC DV Widescreen 720 x 480 px
Frame rate 29.97

I’m a newbie here so all of this is frame rate / preset talk is a whole new language to me…
