Thanks Shane. I tried that now. The Sequence Settings match, and so that is why I’m confused.

Let me repeat,
When I reveal the sequence clips in finder and then drop them back into Pro Res LT sequence it shows no rendering needed.

I think that is strange.

Any other thoughts?

Thanks! That was what I was looking for.

I have used the Final Cut XML export. It’s a very handy function for what I’m doing. I’m now trying to streamline the switch over with regards to these raw video files I’ve been editing with and hopefully the ‘Trimmed’ project will help reduce the amount of transcoding I would be doing by narrowing down the set of clips that need to be transcoded.
