Interesting. If you send the project file to me, I can take a look at what may be causing the issue for you. My e-mail address is ed@zaxwerks.com

    Hi Stan,

No problem. Glad you were able to figure it out. Once you get used to the program, you’ll want to always keep the Animation window in advanced view. This way, you have all the useful controls to play with!

  • Hi Charles,

Try resetting your Invigorator Preferences, and this should help you to open up your existing project without the error message. To do this, go your your “Users > Library > Preferences” folder, and delete the “Zaxwerks Invigorator Prefs” file. After deleting the Preference file, try opening up your After Effects project and see if you could open up your project.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Chip,

Thanks for attaching the picture. What you may be running into is that if your Shadow Catcher layer is extremely big, this may cause your shadows to look pixelated. For example, if the Shadow Quality is set to 4000, but the floor is 12000×12000, then the shadow is stretched 3 times. This will cause the shadow to look pixelated. Try reducing the size of the Shadow Catcher layer, and your shadow should look a lot better.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi John,

Try resetting the ProAnimator Preferences and see if that helps. To do this, go to the “Users > Library > Preferences” folder, and delete the “Zaxwerks ProAnimator Prefs” file. Then, see if that allows you to save your ProAnimator Scenes.

If this doesn’t help, please save a crash log, and send it to me through e-mail. My e-mail address is ed@zaxwerks.com

We can take a look at the crash log, and see what you are running into.

    Hi Stan,

To do this, extend your pose so that it’s 30 seconds. Then, go to the animation window and find the “Pose Actions” section. Open the “Action” drop down menu, and select “Spin Y”. For the “Rotation” value, enter 360, and check the “Use Common Center” checkbox. This should allow you to create the seamless loop that you’re looking for.

    Hi Christina,

Sometimes, if the “Best Geometric Detail” setting is set too low, the backfacing image may not appear correctly. To fix this, increase the default valut of “60×60” to a higher value such as “400×400” and you should be able to see your backfacing image.
