The “p” in “1080p” means it is progressive, not interlaced.

Use the Adobe Media Encoder, not Export Movie.

It would be better to convert to WAV format than WMA.

PPro will determine the speed for you. If it doesn’t determine the speed correctly and the footage plays too fast/slow you can use Interpret Footage to change PPro’s determination.

Wherever you place the Current Time Indicator on the timeline, the Program Monitor shows the timecode at that point.
