Not sure if you’ve gotten your situation fixed, but try this: Look for Microsoft C++ Redistributable 11.0.61030. Install both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions, then try your install again. (If you have these already, repair the install or reinstall.) Lemme know if it works out for you.

32-bit version install doesn’t start up either. And I turned my firewall and antivirus off.
