    I’ve tried to change codecs, few problems. One, there’s no PCM I can find with slipstream and two When I convert I get no video :S

    Hi, I’m not entirely sure if you’ve understood my question. I’m not editing a video I’ve downloaded, I’m editing it to upload it. My camera shoots in mp4 (or mov, I think it changed when I put it on the computer). I don’t get the problem with my webcam’s footage, which I think shoots in AVI

    that’s exactly what happened! I actually uninstalled and reinstalled to try and fix it but then the same happened (I realised what it was) and I did what you’ve said to fix it. It’s annoying that only after I reinstalled did I realise what it was but it’s fine now!
