It happened to me last night. Ether it will freeze or it will complete rendering in 20 min instead 3 hours but when try to open the video it will not work.
What I did was hard drive defragmenter . Then I rendered small part of the project for testing and it works.

So let me see if I understood . even if my footage is 16:9, Vegas project format is 16:9, I need to choose 4:3 in DVD architect in order of avoiding the letterbox.
Now. By choosing the 4:3 in DVD architect, do I loose any image information?
Is it still 16:9 footage when viewing with wide screen TV
and what is the right way or shell I say what will be more appropriate for wedding videos, with letterbox or without?

Thank you so much for your input.

    Hi Ralph

Thank you so much for your replay .
I understand what you wrote but I am not sure how to apply that using both Vegas and DVD architect.
If its not trouble for you , could you guide me step by step,
Or maybe there is a link you can point for me to look at.
    Again thank you so much.

    Suggestion.
after you save your project you can close Vegas and reopen it . but before you open Vegas, hold the ctrl alt and shift key and then open Vegas to reset Vegas. hold the 3 keys until Vegas is completely open.

When I am done with the editing I render it to jpeg2 especially if it is going to be burn to a DVD.
Why would I render it to AVI first?
    Do I missing something.
Thank you SO MUCH for all of your replies.
