IM using AMD dual core
im using windows xp and AE 6.5 pro
i can see the fonts in my comps but it freez only when i export to swf
and its a banner for the web

Ok i figuerd it out
i used lens flare on a black solid
but how can i hide the black around it?

i also tried duplicating the text in the first comp and the text gets a cool 3D look
