All suggestions to cure did not do a thing for me. I cleaned out everything for the third time and installed the “Trial Version” of Version 12. That worked OK. Maybe they will let me just keep 12 for no charge? I have a “ticket” in to the support guy.

As a follow-up, I completely uninstalled both 8 & 10.
Ran Windows Install Cleanup, Ran Registry Cleaner, Re-Booted.

Now when I run the Version 10 install program, I get this new error message:

ERROR: 1625 occured during installation

I am running Windows 7 Home.

Anyone?
