A little more detail on what you’re describing, how to reproduce it, what kind of system your on, what’s wrong with it, etc. would be very helpful. From there, perhaps we can figure out what the issue is.

Hi there Elli,
Under Format, instead of Quicktime, you might look at H.264 instead where there are more options and presets to look at.
For example, if you want to publish to Vimeo, we have worked with Vimeo to create presets that require no transcoding once published to their servers. You can find those VImeo presets under the H.264 format.

Ironically, I really like the Kuler application and its integration into more applications like After Effects. If you’re doing motion graphics work, the Kuler app makes picking harmonious colors a real snap.
As to your other points, they are all good. Easy to say, sadly a bit harder to do continuously in reality. We do really try! On a completely personal note, I think the recent directions we’re taking with things like Lightroom Mobile and Photoshop and the hardware are actually good efforts. Add value, make syncing a non-issue and gives you photos on your device automatically…Adobe Voice is also a great app that is leaning more towards video that solves a very basic presentation problem for non-technical users. Anyway, my two cents…

Yes, Adobe does make a collaborative editing product that includes support for Premiere Pro, Prelude and After Effects. It’s called Adobe Anywhere. The downside is that this is a fairly expensive product designed for large companies at this time.

It’s not that we care less, but rather that a big product gets a major new release and are profiling it as such. You mentioned about Captivate, but the same can be said for Adobe Anywhere which is a product that I’m very involved with.
With the blessings of having many products that are important to different kinds of customers, we try to give each products their turn.
What you’ll also see is a level of customization at adobe.com that will hopefully cater the experience to you as a user. So, perhaps we can move things like Captivate and Framemaker up to the forefront.

Indeed this is true, but there must still be a time where we turn the number or we end up with something like version 10.10.
Last year, we delivered Creative Cloud on June 17th, then three weeks later an update with 25 new features. The fall had another major release and a combined 150 features. Finally, we released another version in December with many more features. Along the way, we had a couple of additional dot releases that addressed some bugs. This is just the video products that I’m talking about and not anything else like print or web tools.
That is in stark contrast to once every 12 to 18 months – or at least I would like to think so. 😉

I’d say that we’re focused on customer innovation and just making the best @)@# product we can. Are we going to promote all of the hard work we put into a new release? Of course.

Surprised it does as well as it does for 4GB of RAM. I imagine if you put more in there, you will see a direct performance boost for all apps.
