    I contacted Sony regarding this issue.
    First they replied to change the file name from MPG to VOB
    WTF?!?!
    I explained the whole situation and they give me this half arse answer.
    Anyway wrote back that this answer was completely useless and now they suggest upgrading to Pro 8.0b.
    So now answer to the problem. Unbelievable
