Thanks! I think I’ll try to figure out how to do this in Resolve. I see other BMPCC footage and honestly mine just doesn’t look as good. Maybe its just footage processing, grading, lens, I’m not sure. But when I compare footage its like its coming from a completely different camera. Not really sure. This is my most recent film shot with the configuration I mentioned earlier (nikon, metabones, anamorphot-40 compact) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SmP-w5tXkU4

I’m always looking for constructive criticize to improve my skills, so any comments are always appreciated!

Google Drive makes the DNG look contrasted, so download the file and open it in Resolve or another program that doesn’t add a color space that automatically on import.

Hey I did end up solving my problem! Right click right above the time-code in your sequence, and hit “Clear In and Out”. Worked for me.

Ok. A quick question, where is the Import sequences natively box? Should it be checked or unchecked, and is it called Import image sequences from watch folders? because that one is checked. (I unchecked it) I am pretty sure VLC player is not the problem either. I have tried the same file in Youtube, quicktime, and the player used for the Cineform version (Divx player). All deliver the same problem, and its not a decoders fault.

  • Keep your projects, and try reinstalling premiere pro. I am not really sure what your problem is, but this should improve at least something. Try this at your own risk. Good luck 🙂
