What exactly do you mean by End Point?
If you mean the nods (then little boxes along your mask) then, hmmm ?

What I uaually do to reverse any effect is I key frame it first at the end point, so every thing is un-shattered then I go to the begining of the time line and key frame it there as shattered…

In the effects menu I founda thing called cineon converter?

effects > Utility > cineon converter

It allows coversion from Liner to Log 10 bit, or seems to based on the settings with in it. Could you check this out and tell me if it will achieve what I need.

    Thanks in advance.

Is there a plug in that I could use to get to Ten, we do most of this work in Fire (dicreet) but that only supports 8 bit, they want to do it in A.E. . . You said Nativly, so perhaps there is I don’t know a work around?

  • I have had a little sux-ess, as in very little with he red problem in the DV codec by darkening the hole comp .. its cheeting but through a solid black over the whole thing find a good transfor and lower the oppacity .. Its kinda like a screen or a filter.. it sometimes works..

But out put it with no compression the file will be large … but if you takeit uncompressed into FCP or avid then lay it streightto video … you might also fix it..
