And I realize now my subject line is a little misleading… this is a frame rate issue, not really a time code issue.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unforunately, it produced the same results even with a reel number.

Thanks for the suggestion, but no go. The exported Quicktime resulted in the same offset 3 seconds that exporting with Quicktime Conversion produced.
