i think i’ll go with using the letterboxer in magic bullet suite for after effects, i aint getting paid enough to warrant the time neede to do it that way. thanks for the replies!

update to my post: this error appears when batch capturing using scene detect. when scene detect is switched off, there are no problems. i have a system hard drive and a seperate drive for capturing, all scratch disks settings are for the non system drive.

i sort of guessed as much as i wrote the post, i can use soundkeys spectrum analyser to put the keyframes in manually. bit slow but it should work.also have another two options given to me by other members. i am so glad i joined this site! thanks for replying.
