Thank you for your detailed answer! I’ll plan to contact Apple to inquire about MacOS Server. Is there any alternative software to allow me to run my set up similarly?

True, it has been a long time! Thank you for responding.
I may not have been clear about the following issue:
Both of those images were taken of the same screen, a Samsung TV.

The second image was playing through Premiere Pro.

I’m having these exact same problems with my MacBook Pro (Retina, mid 2012), and it’s several versions later of Premiere. (I’m still running OS 10.10.5, and I have 16GB of memory and an Nvidia GeForce GT 650M and 1024 MB).

Anyone have a permanent solution for this? If I upgraded to the newest OS would that solve the issue?

Ann, thank you for your response. Are you saying there is no way to create a 5fps sequence at all, or is the limitation only because I’m using ProRes?

People,
Those are proprietary files from a surveillance camera system.
I also am having trouble opening the files. Any luck opening them?
It appears to be written to open on a PC with some form of Windows.

Thank you for your response.
Let’s leave off the Warp Stabilizer for now.

What is most important in this situation is — I zoomed 300%, and then I used the Motion tab and Position keyframes to manually stabilize the image into the top left corner of the screen. After I’ve done all that, I want to crop that resulting stabilized image to 1/4 of the screen.

What’s the best way to do this?
