    Friends,
You have always been so helpful! Thank you ahead of time.
I am trying to create a custom sequence in Adobe Premiere Pro that will play ProRes 422 (HQ) at 5 fps.
    Is this possible?

I’d prefer to not change the sequence from ProRes 422 (HQ) into another format, but do I need to change it?
    What is your advice?
    All the best,
    David Notowitz

Nope, you cannot go any lower then 10 fps in a sequence.

Ann, thank you for your response. Are you saying there is no way to create a 5fps sequence at all, or is the limitation only because I’m using ProRes?

10 fps is the lowest frame rate allowed for any Sequence.
