Next time: In high winds a wind screen will not cut it as you have found out. Try using a non-lubricated condom instead or as well for esthetic reasons. You will lose some top end but this can be corrected using EQ.

This time: I have never tried it but I have heard Audacity’s Noise Filter may help. It is an open source app.

Wind noise is unresolvable in my experience, however with new software there may be hope.

Further to what Job said, media files do not reside in bins, just pointers to the media.

There are no clear cut answers. Rates rely on location, experience, reputation, skillsets and tools. You will have to check around town to get an idea of where you stand. If you live in LA or NY the answer is different from Hartford or Tampa. As it is different again in Europe or South America.

They cover everything from Pgm Start TC to credits. Audio alone can get your program bounced if you did not use a LM100 for your mix to meet spec.

With all due respect to Joe, the first question is what is the res of the footage? SD should give you approximately a 1 meg file at a reasonable res. This is just rough…

Even then there is no easy way to use any sizeable image from SD footage in print. Pick something very simple and clean and use it as a small pic.

Also check your export settings. Export as something with no compression, a TIFF should be decent.

Web and print are roughly the same idea, manipulate (clean up) in PS. Video, print and the web all use different colour spaces as we all know.
