    Thanks for the reply Duke, the cropping would depend on the amount of stabilization applied but it by that you just smooth the vertical motion for example.

    there must be away to smooth movement using the 3d camera tracker I just cant figure out how

    Thank you Alex, this project did have a mix of project specific items and items from my own library, I will have to have a think about whether I want to duplicate the library items.

    It’s great to have the support and knowledge of this community guiding us to better work flows and new techniques.

    Walter, I am tring to resolve the premiere project manager not collecting the 30 odd aep files that are linked within my project when I saw this thread. Is there a particular reason why you would avoid grouping all the aep files into a single aep file and relinking

    Edward thanks for posting and your right with gpu acceleration off fixes the bug, great find. It would be frustrating enough if this glitch just affected the previews but it also affects the export even when exporting with the “use previews” option unselected. The only way to make the transition work correctly is to export with gpu acceleration off.

    Ryan thanks for commenting on this post with your test results also and don’t worry my feelings weren’t hurt by the discussion I knew I was right I just hadn’t convinced the other posters that it was a bug or perhaps they didn’t have gpu acceleration turned on and so wasn’t seeing what we saw?

    I will take your advice on installing the Lagarith codec and I will try out the AE interpret footage technique for Pal conversion.
