The normal media search should find the media. You could manually add the other project’s media folders to the new project’s Media Locations. Or do a Collect Files from the first project, then open the collected bins and programs in the new project (this duplicates the media so you’ll need some room.)

Yes, but you will have to put a TimeFX on the clips to make them play at the correct speed (50% or 200%). Synched audio can’t be placed in a mismatched program, but it gets detached when you create the TimeFX anyway; then just reimport it at the program’s FPS.

Update: we’ve reproduced the bug here, sigh. We’re working on it…

Yes, please send it to support and tell them to pass it to me. Include the exported XML file also; no media necessary. Thanks.

The date is probably OK, and if you’re sure that’s the only copy that AE can find, we may have to investigate further. If your plugin from 1.7.1 was OK, I’d suggest falling back to that. They are supposed to be the same anyway.

2007 predates CS5 so it’s definitely not compatible. It’s now called Boris XML Transfer for Media 100.

Hi Michael. We’ve had some trouble with the CS5 version of the plugin getting corrupted but I thought we’d got it all straightened out. Are you using CS5? Make sure you have only one copy of the plugin that AE can “see.” And in the Finder, do a Get Info on that plugin and let me know the version and creation date.

Ok, the v2.0.1 release candidate is on the beta downloads page. If you were part of the v2.0 beta program, you have access to it at the usual place. If you were not on the beta list, you can wait a day or two while we get some feedback about the title crash fix, or contact support if your need is urgent.

The interlaced/progessive thing is a bug that is fixed in v2.0. I had a report about audio problems that seems similar to yours, but the user was unable to reproduce the issue reliably. The Log window might have some useful information about that. Your avoidance idea might work.

Ok, obviously there is a problem with RED5 that occurs on some systems; it might vary due to your graphics card or maybe some other configuration issues (the release version works OK for me). We are working on an update which will appear on the beta download page shortly, and as a general release soon after.
