    Tim,
We have our files originating from our Omneon server mov files and are transferring them to a PC Tiger SAN. Then from there they go to the Cache A LTO 4.

Make sure the output is set for HD 1080p or 720 and check the record format is in HD as well.

We are experiencing this same problem, I thought we were the only ones! I contacted Panasonic support about this issue several times and the main guy there says the problem is caused by the PCIE bus within the MAC computer. We have moved the reader over to other Mac stations with the same result, its weird sometimes it sees the card and other times it does not, but it always reads it after a restart of the Mac computer. We have even installed a program called jiggler on the Macs to see if this would keep the computer from going to sleep and sending info to that bus, like jiggling a mouse.
And that didnt work, I’m going to email Raj at Panasonic with more info on the subject to see if we can get any more answers from Apple and or Panasonic.

I just updated the firmware to 1.09 and to no avail!
Card slots 1 & 2 will not read any of my cards, saying they’re incompatible. Slots 3 and 4 are fine, very strange. Not sure where to go from here, I’m thinking I may have to get Panasonic involved.
    Thanks

I’m going to update to 1.09 tomorrow and see what happens, Panasonic tells me the slot could be defective. I highly doubt that.
    Thanks for the guidance!
