    This answer reads like ChatGPT which sometimes raises more issues than it answers. The solution was that the sample rate has to be set to 32 bit in Dante. ChatGPT mentions sample rates but Dolby’s response to my query told me what constituted the correct one.

    Thanks: acutally, I think I’ve managed the trick by using the ‘adaptive’ option and then converting the tracks to mono.

    Yes: I can allocate the channels and stereo is fine but.. the rest is silence.
