I’m probably in a minority of one – as usual – in having this issue, but here goes anyway.

Windows Box 1 has DaVinci Resolve and Dante Virtual Sound Card, Box 2 has Dolby Atmos Renderer and Dante Virtual Sound Card and Box 3 has Dante Via. Dolby Atmos data is sent from Box 1 to Box 2 with Box 3 providing the timing. The positions of sound objects can be monitored on Box 2 in Dolby Atmos Renderer. Using the mouse to move objects in the sound field in Resolve – from front to back or from low to high – moves them in Renderer with virtually no latency.

However when playing back object movement from Resolve the objects move correctly within Resolve but in Renderer fade from one to another rather than showing the movement. What could be amiss?

I seem to have got this working now, although I’m not entirely sure how, so please ignore this post!
