I can add the original back as a reference. I’m just finding that the timings are out on the audio markers for some reason. Eg I add a marker 47f, marker appears at f47 on video but f27 on the audio.  And the markers are not always added to the audio, even when I apply them to linked video and audio. So it’s a bit inc&hellip;</p>

I&#8217;ve unlinked the guide camera audio, deleted that track and then synced the lavalier audio and linked the two tracks. </p>
<p>When I select the linked tracks and add a marker, the markers added to video and audio are not&hellip;</p>

So type whatever text you want on its own layer. Then on a new layer, create the gradient you would like to use.</p>

You can allocate more space to this in preferences</p>

<p>Try going to the top menu bar in After Effects and selecting &gt;edit &gt;purge, then select “all memory and disk cache”</p>
<p>You will then need to ram preview the timeline area again.</p>
<p>If after that you still cannot preview the whole thing, try previewing the comp at a lower resolution. If you’re not sure how to&hellip;</p>

<p>As said by Andy K above, i<span>t&#8217;s probably trying to &#8220;corner pin&#8221; on the null object, and there is nothing visible there, so even if it&#8217;s working right it won&#8217;t look like much is happening</span></p>

<p>You could try changing it to &#8220;transform&#8221; and apply that to the null instead.  That would give you position, scale and rotation keyframes for the null. You&hellip;</p>

It&#8217;s worth spending a little bit of time getting to know that as it will give better results a lot of the time I think, but is a bit more complicated to setup.  I use it a lot so feel free to reply if you have a query and I&#8217;ll try to help</p>

This could mean it creates the drop shadow just outside of your working area and so might not show up</p>

<p><span>You could try:</span></p>
<p>A &#8211; New project and import the problem comps, save as new file.</p>
<p>B &#8211; Try to open problem comp / project, and when you get a successful go (you mentioned it doesn&#8217;t always crash), then copy and paste the contents of the problem comp into a brand new comp. Then delete the problem comp and save as new project.</p>
