Guys please how do I add gradient to multiple letters without editing one by one

Assuming you want to use the same gradient on all your letters, then I would do it by using the text as an alpha matte. So type whatever text you want on its own layer. Then on a new layer, create the gradient you would like to use.
Place the gradient layer under the text layer, and then from the timeline, make sure you can see the Track matte column, and then select your text layer as the track matte to display the gradient through. Attached screenshot might help

Select the layer and then look under Effects -> Generate -> Gradient Ramp. You can even animate it (much better than a plain old gradient.

There’s also Layer Styles… right-click the text layer and choose Layer Styles > Gradient Overlay.
Twirl down the Gradient Overlay property and change settings as needed.
