Did you set your project properties to Blend fields or interpolate? Try both and render a small section to see which looks better. Danny

Not sure but you may be able to make a regular DVD on the blueray disc and take advamtage of the disc size. Let me know, danny

Thank you Kristian. I’ve been looking for this. Too bad they won’t let us download the software without a serial number of the hardware. I don’t even know if it will run without the hard ware connected, Kind of like Protools LE wont run without hardware connected. I had to switch to the legacy driver so Windows 7 would see my Firepod audio interface, and it still works with my Canon GL1 and my Sony HVR-A1, although I don’t use them as preview interfaces. Will have to test that.

What are all the other audio meters in Media Express for? It looks like there are 16?? If Blackmagic ever ships the shuttle I bought, I could find out for my self.

Click on your media generators tab, then on text to the left. Create a video track above the video track or tracks, drag the type of text you want to the top track you just created. The texts with the checkerboard will be transparent except for the text. Hope this helps, Danny Hays

Place the curser at the beginning of a clip in the timeline and hit the m key. It allows you to name each marker. So after removing a clip you know where to add the original clip, starting at the marker.

I believe speeding up and slowing down onl works with the video track in Vegas. Sony sound forge is able to stretch aiudio without changing the pitch. I’m not sure if the newer versions of Vegas have this ability yet. On a good note, Vegas is nondistructive as are most non linears these days so your original files are ok.You should be able to a marker where each video begins, select and remove a clip from the time line, then add it back in with the curser at the marker. It should come back in un stretched. Hope this helps, Danny Hays
