Thanks and this is what I was thinking.

Everything was done the way you laid out, the main question when you are talking about the ‘Projects’ would that be creating a project file that then goes into a master project file? I tried doing this once and it wouldn’t let me bring in other project files? Or do I create a project file and then create a comp once its done that goes into the master timeline? I hope I explained my confusion right here.

Also, with the audio channels would that be when I select on a comped file, it carries the multiple channels with it? If so, that is great!

I am going through and labeling things now, so that’ll be the fun part, but I will have to use Plural Eyes for some of the footage, because of time issues I didn’t get a slate on every shot. Ah well, drawback of low-budget indie filmmaking.

So to clarify Jeff, my main question now is talking about how to comp each sequence into the master timeline?

I like that idea too, I think the styling of the shot will definitely be key with this all obviously, so once I have the sequence laid out, I’ll give both a test run and let you know how it comes out.

I figured that much, what I do have going for me is that I need to make this feel over saturated and slightly blurry with the background, so once I have all those elements touched up, I plan to do a loose mask around the talent to blur the background and the idea is that will blend in some of the imperfections I’ll likely have here. Also, good thing its only about 5 seconds of the shot I need.

As for Rotobrush, is that a 3rd part plugin? And for the crew and the pole, I’ve already cut around that portion, so that I don’t need to worry about. The main worry is the rope and harness which will be the most time consuming.

No, we had no budget and the singer (girl hoisted) wanted to do something of this nature where we could levitate her. We shot about 15 different angles, takes, cut-aways, etc.

I know this is tricky, but what can I do to make this work to the best of your knowledge.

After many tests with the CC Wire Removal, it works but isn’t amazing. I have a clean plate, sort of, that I’ll have to key frame to match frame-by-frame or I could do a clone stamp.

I have a clean plate shot at the end, but that’ll take some manual labor to match the plates, so I want everyone’s advice, how to remove the rope to make it look as if she is levitating to the ground?

Wire removal is what I want, now that I’ve gone through and checked it out. What I am attempting seems pretty simple too compared to some of the other options out there, so I’m happy with that.

More or less but its different, I know wire removal, what I’m trying to do is create stop motion levitation photography (https://www.hongkiat.com/blog/levitation-photography/) for a music video. So I shot the footage twice once with the person levitating and once without, so I want to make sure the footage without is shows through the footage once I mask out the wire.

What I’m asking is it easier to do this in photoshop or after effects? And what is the best technique, masking, eraser, or something else?
